Privacy notice
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This notice describes data handled by Campaign Hub. Contact Stevie Ritchey at contact-e6c0f288@example.com with questions or requests to correct or remove your information.
Information and purpose
Campaign Hub stores information entered into campaign forms and records, including names, contact details, county and role assignments, volunteer interests, event registrations, sign assignments, polling coverage, and related notes. It uses these records to organize campaign activities and communicate about them.
Google connection
Only the designated campaign Google account can complete the administrator connection. Campaign Hub verifies that account’s email address, reads and manages events in the configured campaign calendar, and sends campaign messages through Gmail. Calendar authorization allows access to calendar events; the application is configured to use the campaign calendar. Gmail permission is send-only and does not allow the application to read the Gmail inbox.
Calendar data can include event titles, times, locations, descriptions, and organizer contact information. Campaign Hub copies the event details it uses into its database. Messages sent through Gmail contain the recipients and content needed for the selected campaign workflow.
Storage and access
The application and database run on Google Cloud. Google authorization credentials are encrypted before storage. Campaign Hub stores PIN hashes rather than plaintext PINs and uses session cookies for sign-in and request protection. Operational records include sign-in limits, changes, and message delivery status.
Authorized campaign users can access records according to their assigned roles. Public signup and coverage pages show the information needed for those activities. Email recipients receive the message content addressed to them. Google processes hosting, calendar, and email data as the service provider.
Campaign Hub’s Google integration uses Google data for its calendar and communication features. It does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Its use and transfer of Google API information will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and choices
Campaign records remain available until an administrator removes them under the campaign’s record-management process. Archiving an event does not delete its history. Backups and operational records can retain earlier information. This application does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to campaign records.
The Google account owner can revoke Campaign Hub’s access in their Google Account connections settings. Revocation prevents subsequent authorized Google API access; it does not automatically delete records already stored in Campaign Hub. Contact the support address above to request review or removal of stored information.
